Operation Catnap is under way!
Dr. ER got up with the chickens for an early flight and was in Houston by 7:30 a.m., on her mission to rescue one juvenile domestic shorthair kitty.

Reminds me of the time my oldest son brought his pet rat(Jenner) and his roommate's cat home from his college in Portland via aeroplane. The cat was "carry on" in a pet carrier and the rat was stoned on something in his coat pocket. I hope Dr. ER's stories upon her return do not rival his.
The plan is to get Eames stoned before boarding. She thinks Bird is her mama, and her life experience includes the streets and jail.
Having taken such as that, so to speak, off the street into my house before -- plus I've rescued animals! -- I am prepared for Rumsfeldian eventualities.

Whoa. How did I miss that "Rendition" exists? The loooovely Reese? That gay cowboy actor guy? Streep (did I see that right?) Did it flop? If so, I'd say it's because that shit is still too much in the news, and the government is still lying about so effing much there's no point of reference to enjoy the flick as fiction.
Or, I reckon the movie could've just sucked. :-)
