Save Sadie redux

Sadie lives!

The shelter says:

"Here is Sadie, looking like a peeled Potatie. Her incision is about 5 inches long, but her whole back and part of her neck are shaved. She seems to be doing really well. She acts bored today. She wants to get out and play instead of staying in her pen all the time. It is going to be a long 4 to 6 weeks for her."

Poor critter.

Comments:
Y'all know, she is a cutey -- for a Yankee.

Have you ever seen those commercials for the ASPCA where Sara McClaughin (sp?) sings that "Arms of the Angels" song why they show slow-mo footage of abused doggies and kitties? Heart-rending every time.

On an unrelated, non-smart-alecky note, driven probably by the fact that I just got off a day's worth of plane rides and I broke my toe in a hotel room yesterday and it hurts like crazy: I looked at the deck hed, if you will, of your blog, and without even trying this popped into my head: "B.S., B.S., M.A." could stand for "Bullshit, bullshit, most abundantly."

And I don't even feel that way -- the last few things I posted were quite positive. It's got to be 'cause I've been gone since Sunday and the wife is gone on her own business trip till Saturday.

Forgive me!

LOLOLOL. No offense taken. That's the Nick I know. The other comments, too. ... It's always cracked me up that my bachelor's degrees are B.S.'s -- partly because I wanted to avoid taking a language -- now to my utter fear and chagrin! -- and partly 'cause I went to an ag college. :-)

Been missin' ya around here, buddy.

Most Abundantly or Most Assuredly. ;)

Hey, ER, it's Frenzied's birthday today. Stop by her blog and give her a hard time ... I mean, wish her happy birthday. :)

Will do!
