ER's Occasional VBS 4
Arts and crafts time! As a kid in Vacation Bible School, I made something like this -- but not so colorful and pretty -- a pencil holder.
Out of an aluminum can, uncokked shell pasta, glue and some kind of paint. I think they actually let us young'uns use regular old spray paint. And we lived!

Knick knack holder made from popsicle sticks and copious amounts of Elmers glue. Covered on all sides with small ceramic hexagonal tiles attached to a base mesh. Lid is accented with a twist of pink ribbon matching one shade of the tile. C'est magnifique!
