If you recognize it, then you'll be OK.
Yeah. When you see it coming, it's just like a rash or something: just gotta put up with it til it's gone.
Make some soup! It'll make you feel better and it'll take your mind off the post-holiday let-down while you're making it.

I just made a batch myself.
Definitely blah.
