Now don't be so hard on all Oklahomans. The one that preached at Obama this morning believes he can be a "Just" President.
"Dr. Sharon Watkins, general minister and president of Disciples of Christ (former pastor at Bartlesville,Oklahoma until elected denominational President) and the first woman to deliver the sermon at the service, said Mr. Obama's choices in office should reflect the values and ethics of the Lord,..."
"Some has to stand watch and be ready to defend - and Mr. President - tag, you're it," she said.
"...we need you to hold the ground of your deepest values, of our deepest values," Watkins said in her sermon. "We need you to stay focused on our shared hopes, so that we can continue to hope, too."
I was proud that they had my denomination's President there. I was even prouder of what she said.
"Love thy Neighbor as thy self", was the theme and statement to remember.

(Rolling eyes).
Whatever, Anon. It's a free country. Y'all just keep yer wimminfolk wherever you want 'em.
But if I were you, I don't believe I'd rest easy with one livin' in the house with me. One of these days: Shots fired.
Remember Mary Winkler.

ROFL.
I think it's funny that someone with such opinions hides behind anonymity. How Christ like!
Come on Mr/Ms. Anonymous. Grow a set and tell us who you are. ;)
