I'm not sure what to make of this. They made up a "victory quote" before the debate, and planned on attributing it afterward? Are they really that blatantly stupid?

Read the comments over there. Apparently Peggy Noonan was in cahoots with it, or was, then backed out, or something. Incompetence, yes. But srsly, the cmments are great over there for other reasons, too.
