More than lied; he claims the White House directed the CIA to create a forgery - reported in late 1993 by the British newspaper The Guardian - linking Iraq to the 9/11 attacks and "verifying" the existence of non-existent WMD's. This last report, coming on the heels of the unraveling FBI case against the late Bruce Ivins for the anthrax attacks that same fall means that, better late than never, certain chickens are coming home to roost.

Impeach Pelosi? Nah, just keep her from winning re-election, or barring that, from gaining the Speakership next January. I think the same thing should happen to Reid.
 

Somewhere in the past few weeks I finally crossed over the line between reasonable opposition an utter apostacy.

As far as I am now concerned anything and everthing the Bush or anyone in his administration says is a lie. All acts are criminal.
All motivations are un-American.

Further more I have listen so long to the Neo-Cons and Republicans saying that people like me are not "Americans" That I have to believe that they are no longer Americans.

I don't believe we owe this sector of America anymore coutesies or rights. They want a division, I say let us give it to them.

Shun them! Shun them all! Boycott, shun, ignore, silence, etc.: Skinner calls this "Extinguishing". It works wonders in behavioral shaping. Shun the bastards, let them talk only among themselves. They will be at each other's throats in no time at all.
By them "all" I mean Aunt Tilda and Uncle Roy and that co-worker and the boss and church elder and your neighbor,your mother or brother or who ever the false one may be, Shun them All.

They want a division, give it to them.
 

The comments on these kind of sites are not like what I read on conservative sites. Talk about hate, anger, animosity toward Christians. You guys are right up there. I'm getting old and I fear for the whole bunch of you. The Bible speaks of those who went out from among us and were really none of us in the beginning. I just want to warn you to do some checkups before your time comes. Your brand of religiosity needs some overhaul, it just looks like what the world without Jesus is like. I do not hate any of you, but you sure need to do some inner searching instead of spending so much time condemning others.
I expect a lot of hateful, disrespectful replies but you will be wasting your time. I'm done even being curious about you all. I do hope God does a work in your hearts before it is too late. Eternity if forever and politics is not the answer.
 

While I agree with you that Bush, Cheney, and any number of other administration folks should be impeached, imprisoned, fired, retired, or sent to Gitmo, there was unfortunately, never a snowball's chance in hell of that happening.

I talked to John Dingle once about this and he made it clear that the Democrats would never attempt it. First of all, if they attempted it and lost they'd be vulnerable in November. Second of all, he claimed there was not enough time between the 2006 election and the 2008 election (what with everyone trying to get re-elected, I guess) to get the ball rolling anyway. Third, the best they figured they could get, if they got anything, was just Bush, and if that happened then, of course, we'd still have Cheney to deal with.

I think the best we can hope for at this point is that the Shrub comes back from the Olympics and takes a 4 or 5 month vacation. I'm sure there's some brush to clear somewhere.

I like the idea of a "national Service Lottery"... everyone registered to vote is put into a service pool. Your name comes up? You go to Washington to represent your district/state for no more than 2 terms, in either house. That'd kill the toadism right then and there. It would create different problems, but so would any other solution.

Did I miss something that came before this statement? I mean, I read GKS and my own comments and the original post again and I didn't see nobody trashing Christians.

Does Bush = Christians?
Does the current Administration = Christians?
Do Republicans = Christians.

Well then, upon the head of you and yours that, if anything, which you call down on others unjustly. And if my judgments be unjust so shall such be on me and mine. And may, in the end, God's Grace be on all of us.

You see I have been unpopular and out of the group all of my life. Shunning would do little to pursuade me that my judgements about these guys are unjust. For me and mine it is a risk worth the taking if it results in things changing?

For the Mom2's of the world, the simple fact that George W. Bush named Jesus as his favorite philosopher makes Bush untouchable, unassailable, uncriticizable.

Add hero worship to the list of fudamentalists' sins, alongside idolatry of the Bible itself.
