I think Justice Alan sounds waaaay better. I've always thought being a Supreme Court Justice would be one of the best jobs in the country. You get to wear cool robes, sit way up on a dais, ask snotty questions of obsequious toady lawyers. What's not to love? Plus, I'm pretty sure you don't have to have any legal training at all. I'd be an easy confirmation because I have no legal history to parse.
