Adjuster justice or injustice?

An insurance adjuster is on the premises. Ice damage. Y'all cross yer fingers, please.

Somehow I have this picture of the adjuster leaning back in his chair after the three inch think steak dinner, while pulling a drag on his Havana from his new box of stogies and pouring himself a drink out of his brand new bottle of Crown Royal.

So far, knock wood, I've never been treated unfairly by an insurance adjuster. I've always found them to be very generous.
