I must admit some trepidation regarding the likelihood that I will be smothered by a multigenerational phalanx of women who are hot for his bod.
When he sings "Lay Your Hands On Me" and "Keep the Faith", make sure you shout real loud. When he sings "I'll Be There For You", whip out your lighter (or cell phone).
While it is admirable that Bon Jovi has widened his fan base by producing some really fine contemporary C&W recently, as someone who was a young adult when he was HUGE, I just can't get over - the hair, the spandex, and the guy-wire flying over the audience during their first headlining tour.
Have fun, though, because after doing this for twenty years, I imagine he has an extremely tight outfit, and a great stage show.

I originally began my comment with "I'm a big BJ fan."
I rethought that wording.
So I'm a big fan of BJ.
(Take 3)
I'm a big Bon Jovi fan. I'm also a big fan of seeing artists and bands I like in concert. But, in this case, I prefer them (particularly, him) recorded. I expect minor and appropriate deviation from the original studio version in a live setting, but I just think that when you drop an audience in front of Jon, he's a bit strained and whiney.
Other than that, he's brilliant as a song writer, must be respected for the fact that he's led his band in remaining relevant through 3 decades of rock (which is more than I can say for my favorite 5 Brits known as the hearing-impaired spotted feline), and, to be frank, is charming and hot enough that if I was of a different persuasion, I'd do him.
He'd just better not try to sing (live) to me first.
Front row. Wow! Don't forget your Sharpie and a CD, ER.

SharpBlessedMan - it just doesn't work with those initials, does it? Ah, well. There's nothing wrong with being a fan of Bon Jovi, initials or no. . .
I don't think BJ fans tend toward mosh pits, do they? I am toooo old for that stuff. The mosh pits, I mean. (Snicker).
"That gives me an idea for meme: Dudes, who's your "do" man?"
Is that what the kids are calling it these days?
Bon Jovi, eh? Sweet.
