Bill Richardson for president

Item: Gov. Bill Richardson Stands Alone on Ending the War in Iraq at NBC/DNC Debate in New Hampshire

Read all about it.

No other candidate comes close to Richardson's qualifications and experience.

Comments:
I live in the CO portion of the Four Corners and I got to tell you he is well thought of round here.

For clarity on ending the occupation of Iraq, Richardson and Kucinich each have my vote but you're right; for all round experience and concrete results, you can't beat Richardson with a stick.

Good!

Glad to hear from ya, taddy.

"Qualifications and experience"

Huh???

I like the guy, but come on! Does mishandling of security at Los Alamos sound like GOOD qualifications, OR experience?

The best candidate you guys have running-- from a Conservative perspective --is Biden.

I said what I meant, EL. I'll put his mishandling of security at Losa Alamosd up against the very very, best any of the Repubs candidates have toi offer -- such is my estimation of *their* qualifications and experience in comparison.

I agree with you about Biden. He'd be my first pic if Richardson wasn't in it, and, in fact, Biden is my preference for veep, under Richardson.

Sadly for you, Biden suffers from a cronic case of 'foot in Mouth' disease.

It's a shame they don't burn entire herds of politicians who suffer from this politically inconvenient malady.

Los Alamos? There has been a breach of security several times a year every year since the place was concieved of. Los Alamos is oil and water trying to be vodka.
The wonder is the place works at all. Academics/Military/Spooks/ and God knows what trying to work towards a common goal? Security?
If I were ever Secretary of Energy I'd give it whole hog back to the Army and be done with it.
No the rightous right tries to tag that on Richardson and they'll have some explaining of their own to do as well. Best keep that one quite.

I realize you probably don't care, D'o, but resorting to the derogatory-- the "Righteous" Right --doesn't score you any points, just illustrates that even intelligent people can be jerks.

I've been making an honest effort to be civil here, lately, and finding it's not particularly difficult. That doesn't mean YOU have to play nice, I'm only sayin'...

"Remember it is an exchange. Score your own points, take none away from the other guy."

Is that worthy of a "Touché"?
