Hot dang! Gotta go shoppin'
To get one of these -- solid gold, darlin'.
And to get some of these -- ostrich, baby, ostrich!
Just call me Tex.
I mean, ah, Oak. Or Ark.
Mama done went and left us kids her interest in four -- count 'em, FOUR -- natural gas wells, partner. Daddy kept the mineral rights to 600-some-odd acres, see, and he left 'em to her, and she left 'em to us.
Yep, yep. Time to jine up with these folks, fer sure, so they can help pertect the vast wealth that is comin' our way from the famously productive Arkoma Basin.
Yee haw!
NOT.
LOL. Here's an example of the interest each of us has:
1/8 of 1/4 of 0.875/645.4 of a leasehold, for an interest of 0.00004237.
Ha! All four of 'em combined come to 0.00033894 interest.
I don't believe the annual return will pay for the stamp it'll take to mail the W-9.
But, dadgum, wouldn't I look dang spiffy in a pair of ostrich- or alligator-skin boots and a gaudy ol' nugget ring!

Say, I still got some blank checks somewhere from the funny money place. Want me too write you up one for a $ million or two on Penn Square Bank?
Don't deningrate a .00004237 interest in a gas well. Some of those moe productive wells in the Arkoma produce up to a $1,000,000 a year in gross revenue.
That's $423.70, enough for a pair of cheap ostrich hide boots down at Langston's.

Ha! Mama used to get a check for 30-something cents every month. Then, the operating company starting waiting until $100 had accrued, or a year had passed, before cutting a check -- and that was when it went just to her. Now it's split four ways amongst four of us.
And Drlobojo, I would love to have a blank check from Penn Square Bank, for the historical artifactedness of it! And you have to show me the remnants of Council Grove soon, too. ...
The last few years her check has been $40 - $45 per month.
By the way Fred's going ape-shit on Gun Control, and the News Whores at NBC. KISR.net
He even gave his gun permit number.

He's talking about them playing the video of the crazy.
He's mixed up on Gun Control too. The local reps are saying no new laws are needed. Heck, some key punch operator somewhere didn't put him in the systme after he was found to be a threat by the Judge in 2005. If so he would not have gotten the gun. The only tightening on laws I see a need for is "He warn't frum around here"!

Well Chou used mega-clips that were illegal until the bought and paid for Republican Congress let the assault rifle ban expire. Each clip holds 33 rounds as opposed to the regular 15 round clips. Maybe just maybe, changing the clips more frequently might have left an opening for someone to attack him. At least we should re-instate that ban, that is if the Democrats have balls enough, and the Republicans have brains enough to do it.
Chou had lived in the U.S. legally since he was 8. The problem is that he was crazy, not that his ancestry is Asian. Unfortunately crazy is a medical problem, not a legal one.
