OMG, somebody in this town has a 1970 Dodge Charger for sale just like the one I had when I was 16 and I must have it to fully complete my midlife ...
...crisis.
Man. The one in the pic is almost like mine, but my blue was a little lighter. We called it "DX blue." The one for sale here is black-over-brown. But what the hey.
So, what car makes you slobber all over yourself?

Oh, my favorite truck is the 1979 Ford Ranger Lariat. They gave one away at the National Finals Rodeo that year, and I fell in love with it, probably 'cause the one I saw (on TV) was all decked out and they drove it into the arena (back when the NFR was still in Oklahoma City, not Las Vegas).
Sadly, this is the only image of one I could find!

Mine, is the 1962 Studebaker Avanti. 160 mph stock with 5 speed Borge-Warner automatic transmission and a Mercedes Bearcat 280 hp engine. It got 20 mpg as well. Born out of time it was the prototype for all to come after it.
And glory, you can still buy a NEW one, but not with the original xmission or engine.

I have two. A mid-60's soft-top Corvette, two seater (I loved Route 66), and a late '7-'s Triumph, preferably the TR-7. I loved the commercial for it, with the triangular garage. I know the engine is crap, and the body falls apart in moderate winds, and the entire under-hood looks like it was designed by blind monkeys on crack, but I still think it looks awesome.
If I'm slobbering over something for me to drive, it'd be anAston Martin.
For slobbering in general, any muscle car will do, though I've a definite soft spot for 1960's Mustangs.

No car makes me slobber all over myself. Now, any car with a large-chested, beautiful redhead, blonde, brunette, etc., will have me drooling.
Few cars make me slobber. But I saw a car I thought was extinct the other day. Saab 99. My first car was a dirt tan one that had a heated drivers seat, and fold down back seats. I bought it with 125 grand on the odometer, and drove it till someone did a hit and run that smashed the front end. I pushed the radiator off the engine block, and jumped on the hood to straighten it out and drive it a few more weeks until I found my next car. I loved that car.
I saw an orange one just the other day, I would have offered a couple hundred for it on the spot if I could have found the owner.

My aunt and uncle had the coolest 1969 GTO. I loved that car and would love to have one now.
Here's a picture of it. Same color, too!
Or the 1972 champagne colored Cadillac Coupe DeVille that I spent a fortune on gas driving in 1984-1986.
