'Who Would Jesus bomb?' indeed

By Janet Pearson

How does America spell God? Not G-O-P -- at least, not if the growing ranks of the "Faithful Democrats" have their way.

Read all about it.

ER rhetorically asked?
"Who would Jesus bomb?'indeed"

I have often thought that if the GOP had been a viable Party in Jerusalem in 32 A.D. or so, most of the people engaged in commerce in the outer Temple would have been card carrying GOP members. Now that is a personal predjudice of mine I'll grant you. If so, then the GOP might be the first in line to be the ones Jesus might whoop up on, but I doubt that even they might be bombed by him.
Now if it were Jehovah of whom the question was being asked then all bets would be off. The answer is simple anyone that got in Israel's way. That's the same answer that you would get if you asked about Allah, the answer would be anyone not Muslim that got in his Muslims's way. Of course many Muslims consider many other Muslims to be heritics so that they aren't true Muslims anyway and thus are candidates for Allah's bombing wrath. Sort of like the other 11 tribes of the Hebrews were at various times under Jehovah. Now along about the 10th through 14th centuries in Europe the answer to that question would be that Jesus would bomb the heritics and infidels, and of course the Christians did so in his name. But I guess you wouldn't get that same answer today except in some remote sections of Utah and Idaho, and oh yes, in some enclaves in Eastern Oklahoma.
And as for the Lefty Christians' recent push to the front. They be a might slow to respond wouldn't you say? Now why might that be? Slow to anger? Slow to understand? Or is it the classic delima of good men doing nothing until it is too late. There goes Minerva's ole owl again off into that sunset.
Heck, just watched all of "Kill Bill", and I guess I'm into the Negative tonight.
Bless you ER, and all that dwell within you.
