CIA cuts, runs (Happy Fourth of July)
Idiots. The one damn thing all Americans agree on in the Current Unpleasantness is that Osama bin Laden needs to be brought in dead or alive. And the CIA does this? Talk about a PR gaffe. Is Bush running the CIA *personally* now?

NEW YORK - The Central Intelligence Agency has closed a unit that for a decade had the mission of hunting Osama bin Laden and his top lieutenants, The New York Times reported in its Tuesday edition.

Maybe they were afraid these guys would catch him. Would he not know a whole lot that might embaress Bush's friends the Saudis? Bush sees himself as King of the World and an Ambassador of God on Earth.
The Pope has nothin on his-self. He can make these mistakes with impunity, God will forgive him.
History will understand, and the current rantings of his enemies will be drowned in his future praise. An enviable position indeed.
Some day Bin Laden will voluntarily come and kneel at his feet in respect and Bush knows it.

Today we celabrated the words:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness....That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
I don't feel safe any more with these guys in charge. Do you?
