Women in higher education
Tug, tongue in cheek (I assume!), wondered in the previous post, "Feminism?? What's that??"
This is:
By Dr. Erudite Redhead
I am going to preach to the choir today about the importance of networking and partnering with other women in higher education, and I mean all women -- no matter if our work is as a faculty member or an administrator, a researcher or a policy wonk.
Read all about it.

My daughter, Antoinette is graduating from college with a bachelor's degree in child development; well working a full time job, maintain a home, razing two kids and a grand daughter and a grandson. Job, well done!

Nope, she didn’t get it from me or her mother; she did this on her own. I think I made it thru the 7th grade and the same with her mother. But if their was a test for upholstery I proubly would have a doctorate degree in upholstery. 45 years experience, retired. I also have a granddaughter going to college. Studying to become a nurse, 350 students applied, 55 are selected and Sarah made it. They are the first two to go to college in my family.
