Two (2) Jesus-love-you-Indian-taco bean-and-chili burritos (2 for $1), with mustard from a pack, one (1) bag of Fritos brand corn chips, one (1) Pepsi

Lunch today. Mighty good eatin'. (Burp).

Cafeteria's closed at work, and ER reverted to his truck-stoppish ways.

Comments:
Let me express my ignorance. What is an Indian taco? I heard that a lot last weekend when I was in OK.

Now that's the kind of funny crap I've been lookin' for.

That was just fer you, Teditor.

Pech, it's a soft-shell taco with meat that Indians, as in native Americans, made-make, as opposed to the Meskin variety.

I got the burritos at a gas station-slash convenience store in OKC that used to have on the sign out front:

Jesus Love you!
Indian Tacos

Hence, it has been forever known to me and Dr. ER as the Jesus Love You Place. :-)

Frybread, I mean.

Thanks. And what is that frybread stuff?

BTW I have "tagged" you at my site. However, this list is (like it is on mine) posted on your blog. Anywho.

You've been taged by Pecheur:

Just go and copy and paste and fill in your stuff. Thanks.

Very popular Native American recipe, created after Native Americans were confined to reservations and the government agencies started issuing rations of flour, lard, etc. Now popular all over Indian Country in various sizes and shapes. Also the basis for Indian Tacos. (swiped from some Indiany site)

That's pretty good Oklahoma eatin'. I recently was in OKC and ate at Taco Bueno twice! I love Taco Bueno!

I farted earlier, ER, and I thought of you. Not sure what it means, but I came right back to this piece.

Ooooooohhh, Dr. ER, that was damn funny. I'm laughin' outloud at the office.

Remember, I used to sit next to your hubby. I know other reasons I'd be scared to get too close. So I don't blame ya a bit.

It ain't my fault that I been livin' the lie of a civilized white-collar person so long I plumb forgot all about chiggers.

Wait. I guess that IS my fault. Shit.

At Oregon powows frybread with honey, jam, and/or peanutbutter is popular for breakfast. Yummy! (Oh, and I haven't been to any other powows where folks are up for breakfast.)
