Head Country, the elixer of the Bar-B-Q Gods! Made in my hometown (Ponca City) right along with the Cook Shack smoker. Also home of Dougan's BBQ, which, IMHO, is the best place for ribs in the universe. Even better than Head Country's restaurant.
That is correct! LOL! And it is done in defiance of the "accepted style" I've been forced to learn over the years.

Yeah, I have AP 3:16 tattooed across my forehead....
BUT (in my defense) in the case of Dougan's, BBQ is actually part of the establishment's name. So I get a pass on that one! LOL and pass the sauce!
