New colonies?

If the Founding Fathers were alive today, they would leave the continent, find some new Indian tribes to conquer and START OVER.

I'm not so sure. Manifest destiny and all, yeah, maybe... but I think they'd rather hold on to our current real estate and just start with a major housecleaning in the centers of political power. They'd probably start with a strong dose of common sense and morality -- righteous indignation at the mess that's been made of their creation. I'd pay a good nickle to see Jefferson kick some butt.

A major house cleaning is just what has been going on for a few years now. It's just that the people on the front side of the broom have yet to see their day is done.
