Howdyatus

The Erudite Redneck is takin' a howdyatus (hiatus) for a few days. Too much on my plate. Somethin' has to give. Sadly, this, which is just about the most fun thing I do, has to give.

Wish me luck on the Reformation, and on my thesis defense Friday -- and just stayin' somethere in the neighborhood of sanity.

OK, so I wish you the best this week. I know you've got a lot going on, and I'm sure you will approach it with all your heart and mind. I commend you on that.

But I must say that as far you stayin' somewhere in the neighborhood of sanity ... well, that'd be somethin' new. :-) If sanity were a housing development, I think you'd own a trailer house a mile west. :-)

How's that for terms to which a real estate fella can relate? I do apologize, but I couldn't pass that one up. Glad you enjoyed your visit with Bird.

Having never lived in the neighborhood of sanity myself, I can't say that I would highly recommend such a move anyway. However, I wish you luck and we're going to miss you here this week. Hurry back with a full report!
