To the marrow!
OK, this really hurt. I had to cut to the bib! The bibliography -- which is like, oh, I don't know, cutting to the marrow. :-) Truth is, I'd padded it some, and it needed thinning! The paper will be better for it. I'm about done. It was 236 pages. Now it's 220. I might whittle another couple of pages, so I can technically meet my chairman's instruction to cut it by "20 to 30 pages." Look at these articles and books! Good stuff cited below!
